She rose through the ranks from Receptionist to Resource Coordinator where she handled all customer service, human resources and office administration. When that facility closed in 2004, Pepper made the move to Grafton, Ohio where she now resides. Pepper now keeps herself busy with her company. Currently she serves as a Director of the Chamber of the Commerce, Chair of the Homecoming Festival and Secretary of Columbia Charities.]. In her spare time Pepper enjoys photography, boating and supporting as many soldiers as she can by being a team leader of Soldiers Angel Network.
