RULES: 1. $5.00 entry fee 2. Open to boys and girls ages 6 months to 3 years old. 3. Child must be dressed in Red, White, & Blue. 4. Child must be age of division entering by the day of the contest. 5. A parent must be on the stage with the child. 6. The decisions of the judges are final. 7. Judged on costume and overall appearance. 8. Director has the right to combine or split groups. 9. All children receive a gift.
